LastWright Music LLC will ship merchandise to United States addresses ONLY. Includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Ordering merchandise via mail, phone, fax, or internet includes with it a risk of loss or damage no matter what company or person you order from. LastWright Music will not accept responsibility for missing or damaged items. If you believe the order was damaged during shipment, the carrier may be responible for reimbursement provided you (the customer) chose to insure the shipment. LastWright Music will not be liable for goods damaged during shipment. Orders believed to be lost in shipment are also the responsibility of the carrier and may also be subject to reimbursment provided the shipment was insured. All orders will include a tracking number. If the tracking information provided by the carrier proves the shipment has been delivered, the order is deemed complete and will not be open for discussion regardless of whether the shipment has signature proof or not. The order is also deemed completed on our behalf when tracking information proves we provided the shipment to the carrier. LastWright Music accepts no responsibility beyond the point of delivery to the carrier.

CHARGEBACKS:
Wrongfull and fraudulently disputed charges and are the responsibility of the cardholder to LastWright Music for the full charge amount INCLUDING chargeback fees. Cardholders are notified that they have thirty (30) days to pay in full, and if they do not, their information will be forwarded to a third-party collection agency and their account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. After a chargeback disputed has been issued by the cardholder, LastWright Music will NOT accept return of merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full.
